Backstory[]

In universe, Twintelle is a world-famous actress, known as the Silver Screen Queen. Her films are always a success at the box office, granting her riches beyond compare. Her home stage, Cinema Deux, is located right in front of her private movie theater, being filled with red carpets and limousines, all from her personal collection.

Finding herself slightly bored with her pampered life, Twintelle decided to enter the ARMS tournament as a way to prove she is talented in more than just acting.

It is never outright stated as to why it is her hair that is granted with the ARMS power instead of her actual arms, but can be heavily implied that Twintelle’s passion for her hair has given it more significance and power in her life. She views her locks as her most beautiful asset.

Ending[]

Winning the ARMS Grand Prix elevates Twintelle’s fame even further, making her movies wildly more popular than ever before. The ending photograph displays Twintelle in a scene from her newest film, in which she stands in the snow with a love interest.

ARMs and Abilities[]

Twintelle has two unique character traits. The first allows her to float in the air for a brief period of time. This helps her avoid enemy attacks while positioning herself for the counter. The second trait slows down incoming attacks to be more easily dodged. The in-universe explanation is that the fighters have become starstruck in the presence of such a famous actress, and therefore cannot concentrate on their moves.
